Description: It is a picturesque village situated on the mountainside of Kechrovouni near the monastery of Aghia Pelaghia.
It is known for its famous arches of the medieval era and the narrow paved roads underneath. The church of Analipsi (Ascension of Christ) in the big square with architectural elements of 1600 AD is very impressive.
The houses have yards full of flowers and the residents are benevolent and hospitable farmers.
There is an ecclesiastical museum with old photos and books.
