Description
The Museum is specialized in Painting and Scenography and the items were donated by the artist Panos Aravantinos (1886 to 1930) to the municipality of Piraeus.
Located in the building of the Municipal Theater, entrance is from the side of the theater on Agiou Konstantinou street. It consists of three showrooms and includes some 600 works (paintings, small three-dimensional scenes - the so-called “small theater”, models and miniatures of scenography, costume designs, posters and painted portraits, work of art of the artist.
Note: The museum operates Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (16.00 - 20.00) and Thursday and Friday (09.00 - 14.00).
