Body Advance Personal Training Studio open its gates to the public on April 2008 officially. It is located in the heart of Limassol in Arch. Makarios Ave III.
The spacious and convenient rooms make it ideally for exercising. Few of the many services that the Studio offer is, Pilates - Yoga – Aerobics - Power Plate – Massage – Zumba
The founder of Body Advance is Vasilis Michael. He was born in Limassol in 1982 and graduated succesfully from Semmelweis University in Hungary in faculty, Physical education and sports sciences. A master degree in physical education granded in 2005.
At same time he took a personal trainer diploma and he is an active voleyball player in AEK Karava Voleyball club.
Vasilis has 6 years of experience as a personal trainer and 4 years of coaching experience in volley.
