Akti Olympion Beach is large. It is 40 metres wide and about 2 kilometres long with a gentle shore breeze. Limassol Municipality has made Akti Olympion beach a part of its wider development plan for the improvement of facilities. Widened footpaths, lanes for cyclists and more parking places are some examples of improvements made.
