In 1977, as a student of the School of Chemical Foods of Katees in Athens, I was asked by a uncle who lived in America and donated donuts to send him specifications and samples of raw materials (flour, margarine ...) to make donuts in America , Adapted to Greek data. So the following year, the uncle brought to Greece the Jax donuts, the first donuts in Greece.
Since 1979, I have also been dealing with donuts. I have as a beginning my "what you put, you will get out". I take the best, in quality, donuts on the market because I use the best raw materials for 33 whole years.
