Description

Argenos is a mountainous village 76km from Mytilene, built at the highest point of the northern mountain called Lepetimnos. According to a legend, the name comes from the first settler and founder, the Argeno. The main church of the village "Saint George", was built in 1777. This is a perfect place for meditation and relaxation.
