Description

Description: Between the villages of Pyles and Volada you will find Othos. The village with the highest altitude of 510 meters has its roots back to the Middle Ages. It is surrounded by green and here you will enjoy a great panoramic view of Pigadia and the karpathian sea. The church of Christ with the festival on 6th of August, typical paths of Karpathian villages, houses with garden and the Folk museum of Othos which is a traditional Karpathian house, are the ones that Othos has to offer you. In the village you will find two coffee shops which serve also as small restaurants, mini-Market and a small souvenir store with handmade products. Here as well please drive slowly and with caution, as the central street is narrow and parked with cars.
