Description: Ammos beach is the first of the three beaches that consists the long beach in Karpathos town and probably the first one you will face while reaching the island by ship. Absolutely organized, but still with clear waters and sand, Ammos is so close to Karpathos town, that you can visit even in a short break while shopping or drinking a coffee in the esplanade.

In 2017 a ramp for wheelchairs and special WC were installed at the beach.
