Blue Spice have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available for holiday rental. Our apartment complex is located next to the restaurant in the fantastically  Marlita Beach area of Pernera, only meters away from the beach, water sports, boat trips and Beach Promenade.  

FACILITIES & SERVICES:
All apartments come complete with:  Washing Machine, Fridge freezer, Cooking facilities,  Bathroom/shower, Some have superb sea views and sunbathing balconies, Wi-Fi (Not all apartments but available on complex).   

All our apartments are quoted inclusive of air-conditioning Include Full English breakfast as part of your package.  

Each of the apartment has its own patio area with patio furniture yet our guests are less than 20 metres from the large pool and extensive grassed sunbathing areas with sunbeds freely provided for the use of our guests. There is also a small toddlers pool and play area, and the area is served by its own pool bar.  No set arrival and departure dates and when possible we will let you stay in your apartment until your airport departure time. Total flexibility, guests can tailor their requirements to meet their needs  

The staff at Blue Spice are renowned for their friendly and attentive service, we endeavour to make our guests stay at the complex happy and stress free.  

Entertainment is provided regularly at Blue Spice Complex, featuring bands, dancers and solo artists, our Friday evening party nights have proven particularly popular with guests and booking your table in advance is normally recommended to secure the time and best location for an evening of excellent entertainment.  When you make your reservation you will need to pay €50 as a booking fee (which will not be returned if you cancel your booking).

- 1 Bedroom (2 people B&B) €60/per day      
- 2 Bedroom (2 people B&B) €70/day + €10 /additional person   (Offers available between November -April)
