Description

Located 41 km north-west of Mytilene, Tsonia is a holiday resort. The beach is covered with reddish sand, it has fish restaurants and a small harbor for boats. In Paleokastro, ruins of a Byzantine fortress have been found. Tsonia is the port of the village of Clio.
