Description

The Municipal Art Gallery of Mithymna was set up in August 1981 with 77 works of art which artists themselves and art collectors donated to the Gallery.

The Gallery’s collection includes artworks of a new generation of artists who were active during 1960s and 1970s. The Gallery also hosts some older artworks, including two drafts of Giannoulis Halepas.
